- Why the current Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and HUD1 are going away as of 10/3/15.
- Why we'll now have a Loan Closing Disclosure and a Closing Disclosure.
- Why disclosures must be in the Buyer/Borrower's hand a minimum of 3 business days prior to Consummation? (FYI - settlement or closing is no long a term the CFPB would like us to use, instead we should use Consummation).
