Insulation Installation – A Tongue-Twister and Construction Kicker
Insulation installation is a standard part of residential construction, but here’s the kicker, it actually matters how it’s installed. Gaps, compression, and air movement can all have dramatic impacts on the effective R-value of insulation and building assemblies. For that reason, the IECC has a variety of requirements for proper installation. This webinar will explain the impacts of improperly installed insulation, code requirements of proper installation, and “right” and “wrong” photographs and illustrations.
Webinars are free to attend.
One Continuing Education Hour for Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry certifications will be available upon request. Certificates of attendance will be emailed to attendees for a fee of $20.
