Our mission is to be the trusted resource for the building industry and our community.

YBA is a not-for-profit trade association focused on the residential construction industry in York, Pennsylvania.

We are a membership organization dedicated to providing valuable services, programs, connections, and opportunities in support of our members’ businesses and a healthy housing & home improvement market. Along with providing our members opportunities through industry advocacy, networking, education, events, and more, we promote professionalism, economic growth, and community involvement.

Consumers and homeowners in York County rely on us to help them find local and reliable residential home builders, remodeling experts, contractors, home insurance companies, mortgage companies, landscapers, experts in roof repair, and many other specialists & suppliers related to residential construction, remodeling, outdoor projects, and homeownership.

In the community, we are known for signature events in York, like the York Home & Garden Show & the annual York Parade of Homes.

We are affiliated with the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
