Steve Snyder is a sole practice attorney representing builders, remodelers, building supply and service companies in the residential construction industry. Steve has been in private practice since 2003. Prior to going into private practice, Steve served as a lobbyist for the Pennsylvania Builders Association and worked in the state legislature. Steve’s practice included drafting and revising new construction and home improvement contracts, subcontract agreements and all other business documents. Steve provides an initial review of contracts at no cost for York Builders Association members. Steve’s practice also includes litigation on behalf of clients in the residential construction industry as well as collections, mechanics liens, business negotiations, employment issues and every other aspect of your business.
