About Us

**History**

In February of 1974, Regal Plumbing and Heating was established. Regal started serving York County in an old Toyota and Chevy pickup truck with two employees, who were the owners. These two trucks were loaded down with everything, including the kitchen sink. REGAL, surprised York with their professionalism and good old fashioned hard work and 24 hour emergency service, which was a new concept in York. As the years passed, REGAL grew, adding their Air Conditioning division and becoming incorporated in 1980. We are proud of our 26 employees, who will show you professionalism and hard work today, in the fields of plumbing, heating & air conditioning.

We answer all of our phone calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You do NOT talk to an answering service. You get a live Regal employee to answer any of your questions.

**We Take a Customer First Approach**

We respect you and your home. Our technicians wear clean uniforms and shoe covers. We use protective floor mats. We’ll leave your home as clean as we found it. Your safety is our top priority. All of our technicians are background checked, drug tested, and thoroughly trained. We’ll listen to your concerns and we’ll do what it takes to ensure you are 100% completely satisfied.
