$28.00/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri with a flexible start time between 6am and 7am with an 8-hour work day
Length of assignment: Evaluation Hire (temp to hire) depending on job performance, attitude, and attendance
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures such as tire changing, brake repairs, oil and fuel filter replacement, windshield wiper maintenance, etc.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
At least one year of verified experience as a mechanic
Own set of tools
Class A or Class B endorsement on driver's license
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
EXPERIENCE with Class 8 Volvo tractors is a PLUS!
