DESCRIPTION:If you took the initial lead-based paint removal course\, this refresher course is required to maintain your Certified Renovator status every five years. Class size is limited to 10\, so please register today. An additional course may be added if interest is high.\n \n\nEPA's Lead Renovation\, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) requires that firms performing renovation\, repair\, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes\, child care facilities\, and pre-schools built before 1978 be certified by EPA (or an EPA-authorized state)\, use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.\n\n \n\nREGISTRATION AND PAYMENT ARE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE SESSION.\n\n\n \nIf your certification has expired or you have not been previously certified\, please contact Melissa Longenberger about scheduling a full course.  We need a minimum of five to schedule the course.
